Twizzle provides a 12-month limited warranty on all products purchased through twizzle.in and authorized sellers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. What is Covered?
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage.
- Malfunctioning of electronic components.
- Issues related to product durability within the warranty period.
3. What is Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage.
- Misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper installation.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
- Damage due to external factors like power surges, water, or fire.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at hello@twizzle.in with your order details, issue description, and images/videos (if applicable).
- Our team will assess the claim and provide troubleshooting steps or approve a replacement if the issue qualifies under warranty.
- If approved, the customer may need to ship the defective product to our service center. The replacement will be shipped after verification.
5. Replacement Policy
If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement of the same model. If the exact model is unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded model will be provided at our discretion.
6. Warranty Limitations & Liability
Twizzle’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products only. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
